Japanese Light

This is my friend Nick Benwell`s page. He`s got a great collection of photos of everyday life in Japan as well as an ever-impressive series of photos entitled Places in the Light. Nick works as a photographer`s assistant here in Nagoya, and last year one of his photos was selected to be in an exhibition in the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum showcasing photographers from all over Japan. This is one of my favorites. It was taken during Seijin no Hi, which in English is called Coming-of-Age Day. If you don`t know what that is, google it, because I`m too lazy to explain it.
